A 32″ Smart TV for under £200 on offer at Misco

I had an email turn up from Misco today with an offer of a “Full HD LED TV under £200 Inc VAT“. Well it is a whole penny under two hundred pounds at £199.99 but it is indeed a Full HD 32” TV and what the email subject line missed out is that it also a Smart TV so you can use it for things like the BBC iPlayer, YouTube and Facebook.

The actual model is a Cello C32227DVBT2IPTV, now I have seen Cello branded televisions on sale before but have no personal experience of them and no idea of their quality.

The televisions description says “inc Dongle” but does not say exactly what the dongle is for except for saying it has the Smart channels on it! Does that mean that it is the dongle is actually providing the Smart features? If anyone has this set I would love to know as ‘dongle‘ is a pretty generic term for any device that plugs in to provide extra functionality.
